I’m Zareena Zaidi, a recent UC Santa Barbara graduate. I’ve always been a curious person with a passion for writing and a desire to understand the world and the people in it. This drove me to double major in Psychology and English with a specialization in Literature and the Mind, and a minor in Professional Writing in the Science Communication track.
In my time at UCSB, my interests led me to positions in brain research, marketing, tutoring, event planning, management and various types of writing. With Science Communication, I can utilize the variety of skills I’ve learned from these positions to educate the everyday person on new research and scientific concepts.
